1. Delivery of BuyOnLink Platform Services (To Our Users)

BuyOnLink is a cloud-hosted e-commerce software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by Twice Scale Technologies Private Limited. We provide digital storefront software, hosting infrastructure, inventory management tools, and administrative dashboards to merchants, creators, and business owners.

• Method of Delivery: All services, software entitlements, theme presets, and subscription plans (Free, Classic, Premium, Business) are delivered exclusively through digital transmission over the Internet.
• Delivery Timelines: Access to the platform is instantaneous upon account registration and email/OTP verification. Upon subscribing to paid tiers or add-ons, feature unlocks (such as custom domain routing, staff accounts, and priority CDN edge caching) are provisioned immediately in real time.
• Zero Physical Shipping Charges: Because all platform features and accounts are 100% cloud-hosted digital goods, BuyOnLink charges ₹0 in physical shipping or freight fees to our merchants.

2. Merchant Responsibility for End-Customer Shipping (You Set Your Own Policy)

As a merchant operating a storefront on BuyOnLink, you list, sell, and fulfill your own merchandise to your end-customers. BuyOnLink does not warehouse, pack, ship, or physically handle physical goods on behalf of merchants.

• You Set Your Own Shipping Policy: You retain complete autonomy and responsibility to define your own delivery timelines, order processing schedules, return procedures, and shipping charges for your shoppers.
• Configuring Shipping Rules in Admin: Inside your BuyOnLink Store Settings (Admin > Settings > Shipping), you can specify your store's Free Shipping threshold (e.g. ₹499) and standard courier delivery fees (e.g. ₹49) that automatically calculate during your customer's checkout.
• Your Choice of Courier Partners: You decide which logistics providers or courier aggregators (such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, or India Post) you contract and connect with to dispatch parcels to your customers.
• Customer Service & Dispatch Queries: Any dispatch delays, delivery re-attempts, Non-Delivery Reports (NDR), or damaged parcel claims initiated by your end-shoppers are handled directly by you as the seller of record.

• Plan Modifications: Upgrades, downgrades, or plan pauses take effect immediately in your account without disruption to your existing store catalog.
